Sample Scorecard

• Print all information clearly.
• Only experienced league members should fill out the scorecard.
• Keep team members together; team 1 on top, team 2 on the bottom.
• Player order should be low handicap, then high handicap.
• Give the complete name of a substitute, with their handicap.
• Put the date on the card.
• Each team should sign the card after the match.
• Place the scorecard in the wooden box before you leave.
